Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a spa therapist to perform facial and body treatments, including massage, and to provide personalised skincare recommendations. You will engage with customers, schedule appointments, and maintain hygiene standards in a busy spa environment.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and a willingness to learn. Training sponsorship may be available, and weekend shifts are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Professional beauty therapy certification is an advantage.
• Training and certification sponsorship may be provided.
• Experience in facial and body treatments or spa/wellness preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focus.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial and body treatments, including manual massage techniques, in accordance with company standards.
• Conduct customer consultations and recommend suitable treatments and skincare solutions based on individual needs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering personalised service and encouraging customer retention.
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas are clean, organised, and maintained to hygiene and safety standards.
• Support daily spa operations, appointment scheduling, product recommendations, and other duties as assigned.

Job Details:

• Working Location: ION

• Salary Package: Basic UP to$2,500 + Monthly Commission +AWS (13 months) + Variable Bonus

• Retail Working Hours: Shift Work (included weekends and public holidays) + 8 off day per month

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial and body treatments, including manual massage techniques, in accordance with company standards.

• Conduct customer consultations and recommend suitable treatments and skincare solutions based on individual needs.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering personalised service and encouraging customer retention.

• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas are clean, organised, and maintained to hygiene and safety standards.

• Support daily spa operations, appointment scheduling, product recommendations, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or other recognised beauty therapy certification will be an advantage.

• Candidates without professional certification are welcome to apply. Training and certification sponsorship may be provided, subject to company terms.

• Experience in facial and body treatments, massage therapy, or the beauty and wellness industry is preferred.

• Comfortable performing manual facial and body massage treatments.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.

• Willing to learn, develop new treatment techniques, and work as part of a team.
