Job summary

Career Land Center in the USA is expanding its team of recruiters for the GCC spa and beauty market. This is a remote, commission-based role with a flexible schedule, requiring regular contact with our Senior Recruiter.

You will source, screen and present qualified SPA and beauty professionals to GCC employers, using LinkedIn, groups, job boards and our CRM. You’ll coordinate interviews and manage candidates through the process.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience in the Middle East / GCC market is required.
• Experience recruiting SPA, salon, beauty or hospitality roles is a plus.
• Strong independent sourcing skills and familiarity with nationality and skill-based filtering.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Reliable, honest, self-motivated and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates independently based on employer requirements.
• Use LinkedIn, groups, job boards, WhatsApp, and networks to find candidates.
• Work with candidates from our CRM and manage large candidate databases.
• Screen candidates to verify experience, certificates and portfolios.
• Present qualified candidates to the Senior Recruiter.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
• Follow up with candidates through every stage until placement.
• Keep candidate information up to date.

One of our core industries is SPA & Beauty recruitment. We partner with many salons, spas and wellness facilities across the Middle East, and were now expanding our team of recruiters who know this market and can deliver results.

About the Role

Were looking for an experienced recruiter who has already worked in Middle East recruitment and understands how to find the right SPA and beauty professionals for GCC employers.

This is a commission-only role. Its fully remote, and you build your own schedule, but you must stay in regular contact with our Senior Recruiter at all times.

Main Responsibilities

• Able to Source candidates independently based on each employers requirements, including nationality, skills, experience, age, language and appearance standards
• Use LinkedIn, Facebook groups, job boards, WhatsApp communities, professional networks and other channels to find qualified candidates
• Work with candidates from our CRM ( we have thousands of existing candidates in Data Base)
• Screen candidates and check that their experience, certificates and portfolios match the position
• Present qualified candidates to the Senior Recruiter
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers
• Follow up with candidates through every stage until they join the employer
• Keep candidate information and status updated

Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience in the Middle East / GCC market (required)
• Experience recruiting for SPA, salon, beauty or hospitality roles is a strong advantage
• Strong independent sourcing skills, including knowing where and how to find candidates by nationality and skill set
• Understanding of GCC employer expectations and the overseas hiring process
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Reliable, honest and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and follow up consistently
• Your own laptop/phone and a stable internet connection

Work Schedule

This is a remote job with a flexible schedule. You plan your own working hours, but you must:

• Stay in regular contact with the Senior Recruiter
• Respond to messages promptly
• Be available to coordinate interviews when needed
• Report progress and any issues on time

Compensation

There is no fixed salary. Commission is paid according to our placement payment terms.

Training & Growth

Selected recruiters will receive training on our processes and access to our CRM, where you can work with our existing candidate database alongside your own sourcing.

Strong performers can grow with us into Senior Recruiter, Team Lead or Recruitment Manager roles as our team expands.
