Job summary

Carter Creek Winery Resort & Spa in Johnson City, Texas is seeking a Spa Attendant to deliver excellent guest service in our resort and spa. You will greet guests, assist spa therapists, help with service selections and booking, and close out accounts after service.

Duties include welcoming guests, answering calls, taking appointments, preparing treatment rooms, assisting therapists, handling payments, and maintaining professional, confidential service.

Qualifications

• One year of spa or front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and direct them to appropriate staff.
• Answer calls and take messages in a courteous manner.
• Schedule and book spa appointments with accuracy.
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist therapists during services.
• Handle payments and close out accounts at shift end.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor at all times.
