Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well with the public.

Responsibilities

• Interacts effectively with the public and Team Members, providing excellent guest service.
• Hosts and fosters an atmosphere of calm and relaxation for guests.
• Picks up dirty linens and stocks clean linen in proper locations.
• Distributes linens and maintains toiletries in locker rooms; restocks water, tea, beverages and spa supplies.
• Cross-trains and assists Receptionist duties when needed, including answering phones and processing transactions.
