Job summary

CoralTree Sedona Spa is seeking a friendly Spa Attendant to create a welcoming, clean, and relaxing environment for guests. This part-time role supports daily spa operations and ensures treatment rooms, lounges, and common areas remain pristine.

You will greet guests, assist with orientation, restock supplies, and coordinate with therapists to maintain high service standards while following sanitation guidelines and safety protocols. Flexible schedule including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Professional and friendly guest service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa treatment rooms, locker rooms, lounges, restrooms, and common areas.
• Replenish towels, linens, robes, toiletries, refreshments, and other guest amenities throughout the day.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with spa orientation, facility information, and directions as needed.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after services, ensuring all supplies and equipment are stocked and sanitized.
• Monitor spa facilities to ensure a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment for guests.
• Assist spa therapists, service providers, and leadership team with operational support as needed.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and health standards in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply shortages to management promptly.
• Support opening and closing duties, including laundry, inventory organization, and facility readiness.
