Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking a Spa Attendant to create a serene guest experience in the Live! Spa. You will maintain facilities, anticipate needs, and deliver warm, attentive service to ensure a relaxing wellness experience with elevated hospitality standards.

Responsibilities include upholding spa standards, cleaning and stocking areas, assisting guests, and communicating issues to management. Availability may include nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 casino environment.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Ability to converse effectively with guests and convey information clearly.
• Efficient, organized, and able to manage multiple duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order of spa facilities, ensuring high standards of service.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with locker rooms, towels, and lounge areas.
• Perform daily cleaning, laundry duties, and supply replenishment as needed.
• Explain locker room setup and usage to guests and escort them as required.
• Report incidents and communicate facility issues to management.
