Job summary

Salish Lodge & Spa in Snoqualmie, WA is seeking a Spa Attendant to help maintain a pristine spa environment and assist guests with warmth and professionalism. This role emphasizes safety, guest satisfaction, and teamwork in a luxury spa setting.

The position offers an hourly wage of $19.00, tip pooling, paid time off, holiday pay, and a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, and employer contributions to HSA/FSA plans.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • One or more years’ experience within Spa Industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized spa environment.
  • Stock locker room supplies and maintain inventory sheets.
  • Review guest appointment/schedules as needed.
  • Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests.
  • Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
  • Attend and support training and staff meetings for the spa.
  • Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
  • Communicate to management any incidents involving staff or guests that require attention.

What you’ll do:

The Brass Tacks


  • Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the locker/facility area.

  • Stock locker room supplies and amenities and maintain accurate supply lists and inventory sheets.

  • Review guest appointment/schedules as needed.

  • Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously.

  • Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.

  • Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time.

  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.

  • Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa.

  • Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.

  • Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.

  • Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.

  • Must be a team player.

  • Previous customer service experience required

  • One or more years’ experience within Spa Industry preferred
