CoolWorks.com - Jobs in Great Places is seeking a Spa Massage Therapist to perform massage, body treatments, and wellness services for guests in our spa program.

You will maintain knowledge of services, products, and vendors, while adhering to hotel policies and spa protocols. The role includes day-to-day setup, guest escort, and performing multiple treatments daily in a guest-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited massage school.
• Holds and maintains a Montana state massage license.
• One or more years’ experience as a licensed massage therapist.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in body treatments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform body therapies to guests including massage, body treatments, and wellness services.
• Maintain complete knowledge of spa services, products, and vendors.
• Follow hotel and departmental policies and spa protocols.
• Set up workstation with supplies; maintain cleanliness; restock and clean workstations.
• Escort guests to and from treatments; assist with departmental tasks as needed.
• Must perform six treatments per day.
• Other duties related to spa operations.

What you’ll do:

The Brass Tacks

• Perform body therapies body therapies to all guests including but not limited to services that fall within the massage, body treatment, and wellness categories.

• Maintain complete knowledge of all spa services, treatments, products, and vendors.

• Maintain complete knowledge and comply with hotel and departmental policies.

• Maintain complete knowledge and comply with spa protocols and procedures.

• Set up workstation with necessary supplies. Maintain cleanliness throughout shift. Breakdown, re-stock and clean all used workstations.

• Assist with overall departmental tasks and needs outside of treatment times during scheduled shifts.

• Escort guests to and from treatments.

• Must be able to perform six treatments per day.

• Other duties that may be associated with spa/therapist operations.

The Nitty Gritty

• Graduate of an accredited massage school.

• Holds and maintains a valid Montana state massage license.

• One or more years’ experience as a licensed massage therapist strongly preferred.

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Experience in body treatments is preferred.
