Position Overview

The Joseph is seeking a dedicated, polished, and service-orientedFull-Time Spa Attendant to join our Spa team.

As a Spa Attendant, you play an essential role in creating a peaceful, luxurious, and impeccably maintained environment for our guests. You will ensure that spa facilities, locker rooms, relaxation areas, and guest amenities are consistently prepared to the highest standards while providing warm, attentive, and discreet service.

The ideal candidate has a genuine heart for hospitality, takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards, and understands that the smallest details can make a lasting impression on the guest experience.

Your Role

As a Spa Attendant, you will:

Welcome and assist spa guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.

Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of spa facilities throughout the day.

Clean, sanitize, and reset locker rooms, relaxation areas, treatment support areas, showers, restrooms, and other spa spaces.

Stock and replenish towels, robes, slippers, toiletries, beverages, and other guest amenities.

Collect, organize, and maintain appropriate levels of spa linens throughout each shift.

Ensure lockers, showers, changing areas, and relaxation spaces are consistently clean and guest-ready.

Monitor spa areas regularly and proactively address cleanliness, maintenance, or supply needs.

Assist guests with the use of spa facilities and amenities while maintaining appropriate guest privacy.

Support Spa Concierges, therapists, leadership, and other team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Communicate guest requests, maintenance concerns, or service opportunities promptly to the appropriate team member or leader.

Follow all sanitation, safety, security, and health standards.

Maintain knowledge of spa services, amenities, hours of operation, and hotel offerings in order to confidently assist guests.

UpholdForbes Travel Guide service standards,Marriott Luxury Collection brand standards, and The Joseph's expectations for luxury hospitality.

Create a calm, welcoming, and restorative atmosphere for every guest.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Spa and overall hotel operation.

What We’re Looking For

Knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide service standards is a plus.

Marriott or luxury hotel experience is a plus.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform the physical duties associated with maintaining spa facilities.

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items such as linens, supplies, and laundry bins as required.

Full-time availability, including flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
