Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in The Woodlands is seeking a Spa Associate to be a critical link in delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will meet membership sales goals, learn the full menu of services, and build lasting relationships with members and guests while adapting to flexible hours.

You will provide exceptional customer service, support scheduling and administrative tasks, and contribute to a clean, welcoming spa environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years old or older.
• Be exceptionally organized with great attention to detail.
• Be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Detailed knowledge of the menu of services – training provided.
