Do you love sauna? Are you passionate about health and wellness? Are you looking for an ACTIVE job that keeps you on your feet? Are you available to report at 6:30AM? Can you work evenings and/or weekends as needed?

Compensation & Perks:

• $16/hour + Commission to start; Raise to $16.50/hr after 200 hours

Experience You'll Gain:

• Sales & customer service

• Knowledge of IR, Red Light Therapy, and chromotherapy science

While prior experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate!

We seek candidates for 15-20 hours/week with availability for 6-7 hour shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Job Location: Perspire Sauna Studio Austin Southwest, 4404 W. William Cannon Drive, Suite C, ATX 78749

Shifts:

• AM (approx 6:30am - 1:30pm, M-F)
• PM (approx 2pm - 9:15pm, M-F)
• Weekend (7:30am - 1pm, 1-7:15pm)

Your Day Includes Tasks:

• Greeting customers by name
• Promoting IR Sauna benefits & memberships
• Selling memberships & earning commissions
• Managing appointments with CRM (MindBody experience is a plus)
• Giving studio tours
• Cleaning and organizing
• Administrative duties including calls and texts (aim for 20 calls per shift)
