Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facials, and hair removal services. With nearly 600 locations across the US and Canada, the Hand & Stone brand is a leader in the membership-based spa services industry.

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in The Villages Sarasota Plaza, is seeking a spa associate. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than outstanding!

We offer various shifts to work with your availability with a friendly and stable work environment. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities:

1. Meet membership sales goals.
2. Detailed knowledge of the menu of services – training provided.
3. Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, building lasting relationships.
4. Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients.
5. Work flexible hours.
6. Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
7. Bring a positive and energetic attitude.
8. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
9. Perform various other duties as assigned.
