We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused individual to join our team as a Spa and Wellness Room Attendant. This dual-role position is responsible for performing turndown service in our wellness rooms and ensuring that our spa facilities are clean, serene, and fully stocked throughout the afternoon and evening hours. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in creating a peaceful and hygienic environment, and understands the importance of discretion and professionalism in wellness and spa settings.

Key Responsibilities

Provide turndown service in wellness rooms, including tidying, restocking amenities, and preparing the space for guest relaxation.

Perform general housekeeping duties in spa and wellness areas, including treatment rooms, lounges, gym, restrooms, and locker areas.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all spa facilities, including floors, laundry areas, and storage closets.

Replenish towels, linens, and spa supplies as needed throughout the shift.

Support therapists and spa staff by preparing treatment rooms

Ensuring prompt turnover in the evening for guests.

Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.

Report any maintenance or inventory issues promptly to management.

Provide courteous, discreet, and professional service to guests and staff.

Qualifications

Previous housekeeping or spa attendant experience preferred.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.

Comfortable working in a quiet, wellness-focused environment.

Availability to work 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM, including weekends and holidays as needed.
