Schneider Electric USA, Inc. seeks a SP Business Finance Controller in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as finance lead for Sales and Marketing functions within the Prosumer NAM Organization.
2. Manage RF and monthly closing processes with accuracy to drive profitable growth and ensure strategic plans are on track.
3. Coordinate RF process, providing guidelines and timelines, and ensuring reporting quality.
4. Control monthly closing, providing analysis on cash out variances vs budget.
5. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal Schneider policies.
6. Drive ERP, tools, and process transformation to meet business and global requests.
7. Support the launch and profitable growth of the Prosumer Offer.
8. Assist Commercial and Marketing teams in defining reporting requirements.
9. Collaborate with commercial, marketing, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure proper setup aligned with strategic plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate business finance, financial analysis, or related roles.
• Experience in financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and planning.
• Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Essbase, G5.
• Knowledge of auditing processes, internal controls, and investment prioritization methods.
• Leadership in SIOP and tool development.

Position is eligible for remote work up to 3 days per week.
