Job summary

The Zone Specialist at Ollie’s Bargain Outlet assists customers and helps maintain the store appearance. You will manage customer service, merchandising, and zone upkeep, ensuring products are well displayed, shelved correctly, and easy to find.

This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a commitment to the Ollie’s core values. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods while delivering friendly, efficient

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product within the department is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, and training new Associates.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Overview:

The Zone Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The Zone Specialist is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on their assigned store zone.
