Perdue AgriBusiness is seeking a Soy Merchandiser to drive value across the soy complex, focusing on hulls and supporting soybean meal execution. You’ll work with commercial, operations and trade teams to coordinate logistics, monitor market conditions, and ensure contracts are executed efficiently.

The role offers a base salary in the range of $78,000 to $116,000 per year, with an annual bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent; related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in merchandising, trading, execution, logistics, or operations (preferably in Ag commodities or feed ingredients).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage merchandising of the soy hull position and support broader soy complex products.
• Oversee daily trade execution and logistics coordination to fulfill contract terms.
• Monitor positions, inventories, and commercial issues affecting customers.
• Collaborate with operations, hedge desk, accounting, and trading teams to ensure efficient contract execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and market updates for internal planning and decision making.
