Job summary

Blue Ribbon Global Technologies is seeking a SOX Project Manager to lead and coordinate SOX compliance activities across multiple IT and business projects in Torrance, CA. This role ensures Sarbanes-Oxley requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle and aligns with ITGC, ITAC, and other control frameworks.

You will act as the primary liaison between project teams, SOX Governance, Internal Audit, Compliance, and External Auditors, conduct reviews, manage deficiencies and remediation, and

Qualifications

• Lead SOX compliance activities across IT and business projects.
• Ensure alignment with ITGC, ITAC, APD, PGC, and COP controls.
• Coordinate with Governance, Internal Audit, Compliance and External Auditors.
• Identify, document, and track SOX control deficiencies and remediation plans.
• Support audit readiness activities and evidence collection.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage SOX compliance across project lifecycles.
• Serve as liaison between project teams and auditors.
• Maintain governance artifacts (RACI, RAID logs, schedules, cost plans).
• Provide regular status updates and risk assessments to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in controls and monitoring.
