Job summary

CRH Americas Materials Inc. is seeking an IT Compliance Analyst to support the ITGC SOX compliance program and drive continuous improvement across the IT environment. You will partner with IT teams, auditors, and process owners to strengthen controls and deliver regular compliance reporting and training materials.

The role requires 3+ years in Risk Management or ITGC, with preferred CISA certification. Must be able to manage multiple activities and communicate effectively across levels in a

Qualifications

• BA/BS in IT, Audit or Business Administration.
• 3+ years relevant work experience in Risk Management/Security/ITGC Controls or similar.
• CISA preferred.
• Data Protection/Data Loss Prevention Experience preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of GRC tools and systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the ITGC SOX compliance program by maintaining the internal control framework for IT general controls.
• Review and assess IT controls across the business and coordinate with local management to address gaps and strengthen controls.
• Collaborate with IT, auditors, management, and testing groups to address audit risk and improve testing efficiency.
• Promote best practices in internal controls, fraud prevention, risk mitigation, and governance.
• Ensure timely completion of periodic controls and compliance activities with IT control owners.
• Provide guidance and training for IT SOX policies and procedures across IT.
