Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking an IT Compliance Analyst to support the ITGC SOX program across the IT environment. You will partner with IT teams and auditors to strengthen controls, identify gaps, and drive remediation and reporting.

The role emphasizes control testing, process documentation in SOFY, and delivering training materials to improve compliance performance and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in IT, Audit or Business Administration.
• 3+ years experience in Risk Management/Security/ITGC Controls or similar.
• CISA preferred.
• Data Protection/Data Loss Prevention experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the ITGC SOX compliance program by maintaining the internal control framework for IT general controls.
• Review and assess IT controls and partner with local management to address control gaps and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with IT, auditors, management, and testing groups to improve testing efficiency.
• Promote best practices in internal controls, fraud prevention, risk mitigation and governance.
• Maintain SOX process documentation and supporting evidence in the audit tool SOFY.
