Job summary

The ideal candidate will understand SOX, Basel, liquidity and regulatory frameworks, and be capable of challenging processes while coordinating with auditors and leadership.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require a university degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Experience in risk management programs and regulatory frameworks is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee risk management programs within specified LOBs and shared services.
• Understand FGO Frameworks (SOX, Basel, Regulatory Reporting) and related methodologies.
• Serve as the primary LOB contact to advise management on risk and controls.
• Perform 2LOD reviews and governance activities for FGO-controlled programs.
• Escalate issues with timely remediation plans and document in eGRC Archer.
