Job summary

Volta is seeking a SOX & Internal Controls specialist to support design and testing of processes and to liaise with ITGC teams. You will perform internal, s302 and s404 testing, maintain RACMs and process maps, and help with remediation logs, with travel as needed.

The role requires 2–3 years in SOX, Big 4 exposure preferred, strong communication, and PM skills. A global team and growth opportunities accompany a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience of working on SOX programmes.
• Big 4 experience preferable (although not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of the requirements of the Sarbanes Oxley Act.
• Proficiency in using process mapping tools like MS Visio or GRC tools.

Responsibilities

• Timely completion of the design and testing work for allocated processes to the highest quality standards.
• Remediation support with pragmatic recommendations to meet SOX requirements.
• Prepare updates for SOX SteerCo and Audit Committee.
• Provide training and guidance on SOX requirements to process owners.
• Maintain design, testing and remediation logs.
