Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Assurance Services to lead the SOX compliance program and plan, direct, and execute risk-based financial and operational audits.

You will partner with the Director of BAS to improve controls, coordinate with external auditors, and drive remediation across the enterprise. This role requires strong relationship building, analytical skills, and a proactive advisory mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required; MBA/MS a plus.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC guidance, PCAOB standards, and COSO 2013.
• CPA preferred; CIA/CISA/CRMA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOX readiness for major transformations including system implementations and testing oversight.
• Oversee annual ICFR scoping, planning, and execution and coordinate with external auditors.
• Provide guidance on control deficiencies, remediation, and governance communications.
• Advise management on process and system improvements with ICFR impact.
• Deliver SOX-related training and foster collaborative BAS relationships.
• Manage external consultants on select engagements.
