Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, knowledge of NIST/COBIT, and experience with GRC tools. Career progression is based on performance and added responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Maintains knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple compliance initiatives and audits.
• Experience with ITIL/NIST/COBIT framework is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT compliance programs (e.g., SOX, CIP, PCI).
• Coordinate evidence collection and audit preparations.
• Develop and deliver compliance training for staff.
• Monitor and report on compliance metrics to leadership.
• Maintain and update internal procedures and controls.
