Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a SOX Compliance Analyst to lead our Sarbanes-Oxley program across Snowflake environments within the Data Governance function. You will own end-to-end controls, from identity management to change control, ensuring regulatory accountability and data integrity.

The role requires 4+ years in compliance/data governance with hands-on SOX experience, strong RBAC and audit evidence skills, and collaboration with engineering, finance, and legal teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of compliance or data governance experience with at least 2 years in SOX compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of the Sarbanes‑Oxley Act (SOX) including ITGCs and cloud data platforms.
• Experience managing RBAC and identity governance frameworks.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits and presenting technical evidence.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations including CCPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOX compliance across all Snowflake instances.
• Maintain RBAC and least privilege.
• Conduct and manage periodic user access reviews.
• Establish segregation of duties through testing and code deployment.
• Enable auditing, logging, and monitoring across Snowflake environments.
• Coordinate with auditors to shorten audit cycles and reduce fees.
• Document and enforce change management for Snowflake.
• Lead disaster recovery planning and testing for Snowflake.
• Support Observepoint CCPA regulatory compliance scans.
• Align SOX controls with governance policies and the Data Council.
• Contribute to making Snowflake the authoritative system of record.
