Job summary

Seaboard Foods in Guymon, OK is seeking a Sow Farm Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations on the farm, ensure production targets are met, and supervise staff.

You will train employees, manage schedules and paperwork, perform farm audits, and coordinate orders for supplies while caring for sows and maintaining a safe, efficient facility. This role requires strong English communication and a hands-on, reliability-driven attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or 4+ years related experience and/or training; or 2–5 years swine experience preferred.
• Must be proficient in English (reading and writing).

Responsibilities

• Train employees on day-to-day processes and develop a competent workforce.
• Create and manage employee work schedules and maintain personnel paperwork.
• Perform audits to ensure SOPs are followed and facilities are in good condition.
• Ensure daily and weekly production targets are met and submit production analysis reports.
• Care and conditioning of sows on the farm.
• Submit orders for farm supplies and maintenance needs.
