We have an exciting Sow Farm Assistant Supervisor position available in Hawarden, IA. The Sow Farm Assistant Supervisor will care for swine and assist with supervising employees at the sow farm under the direction of the manager.

Work hours are based on departmental needs, including after-hours, weekends, and overnight travel as required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The physical demands include moving around the facility, lifting up to 100 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 300 pounds. The role is primarily field-based, working outdoors and near mechanical equipment, with exposure to weather, fumes, airborne particles, and noise levels varying by environment.
