Sunwing Vacations Group is seeking a Home-Based Travel Expert to deliver high-quality service to consumer travel clients and foster long-term relationships. This remote role emphasizes selling a full range of travel products, accurate documentation, and collaboration with tour operators and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have Travel Advisor experience, provincial certification (TICO), and at least 1 year in retail travel. Canadian residency is preferred for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality service to consumer travel clients emphasizing long‑term working relationships to build a strong repeat customer base.
• Sell a full range of preferred supplier products to meet and exceed targets.
• Provide accurate, complex travel information (i.e. detailed travel documentation, etc.).
• Organize and assist with local business building promotions and local networking.
• Assist in the resolution of client complaints.
• Invoice and document client files accurately in accordance to company policy.
• Works closely with Consumers, Tour Operators and various Internal Support departments.

As a results and detail-oriented Travel Expert, you are responsible for providing high quality service to consumer travel clients and for emphasizing long‑term working relationships to build a strong repeat customer base.

What You’ll Do:
