Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. in Phoenix seeks a Supervisor to oversee daily venue operations, support the team, and drive performance goals. You will lead by example and ensure guests have memorable experiences.

In partnership with retail locations, tourist attractions and destinations across North America, our company contributes millions of holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families, year after year.

As a Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operation of your venue, support the members of our team and drive performance goals forward. If you strive to continually learn, build your strengths and lead by example, this is the position for you!

Our Supervisor Will Also

• Oversee daily activities of team members and assign appropriate tasks and assignments
• Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager
• Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate to IT or Local Management when needed
• Assist with inventory, training and/or recruiting as needed
• Report policy or procedure violations to the Supervisor or Manager on duty
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment in natural weather conditions

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
