Cherry Hill Programs, Inc is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily photo operations at the Gateway Arch River Boats in Saint Louis, MO. You will lead a local team, optimize labor, and drive profitability and efficiency for each venue.

You will develop talent, enforce company values, and coach staff to deliver world-class guest service while achieving sales targets and smooth operations.

Qualifikationen

• Direct industry experience highly desired.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong people management skills and a passion for developing talent.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations for photo operations at the Gateway Arch River Boats.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the local team to achieve personal, professional and company goals.
• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain core values.
• Manage schedules, assign duties, and optimize labor to ensure locations are staffed for success.
• Determine staffing requirements and assist with hiring, onboarding, and training as needed.
• Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled.
• Create and reinforce a sales culture to maximize daily and monthly targets.
• Coordinate field personnel, equipment, and manage inventory of supplies.
• Coach and develop team members to drive revenue and guest service.
• Analyze sales activity and reports to identify trends and opportunities and implement plans.
• Communicate with District/Regional Manager to drive alignment and strategy.
• Establish and maintain vendor relations at all locations.
