HF Sinclair Midstream in Artesia, NM is seeking a Senior Manager, Regional Operations, Southwest to lead field operations, safety, regulatory compliance, and performance across pipelines, terminals, pumps, and storage assets.

The role reports to regional leadership, drives culture change toward professional standards, and ensures cost-effective, reliable operation while maintaining a strong safety program and budget discipline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in midstream, pipeline, terminal, refinery, logistics, or operations leadership.
• Experience leading field-based operations in a regulated environment with safety and budgets.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, reliable operation of pipelines, terminals, pump stations, and storage assets in the Southwest region.
• Provide regional leadership over operations, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and process safety.
• Drive performance through KPI monitoring, budgeting, and workforce development.
• Promote culture transformation toward standards-based, accountable operations.
• Monitor and improve operating discipline, incident response, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure regulatory adherence.
