We have an exciting opportunity to lead the growth, direction, and quality of the Water Business Groups Southwest Region Pump Station and Pipelines Business Class. This key leadership role partners with top water professionals and leads significant infrastructure projects in the region.
The Regional Business Class Leader (BCL) is a professional experienced in all aspects of Business Class services for pump stations and pipeline projects. The role involves managing a team of business class professionals, overseeing large-scale projects with technical complexity, building client relations, and participating in project development, including planning, design, inspection, and construction management of water infrastructure.
As a Business Class Leader, you will contribute to the technical advancement and corporate management of HDR’s national pump station and pipeline business class program, sharing work across HDR’s network.

The position offers an estimated salary range of $170,000 - $287,000, depending on skills and experience.
Primary Location: Irvine, CA. Other locations include Los Angeles, San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Long Beach, Folsom, San Diego, and Sacramento, CA.
