Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a hospital-employed Urology practice on the Lake Michigan coast of Southwest Michigan. This full-scope urology position includes robotic capabilities and strong APP support to enhance daily patient care.

The practice offers a guaranteed base salary with RVU upside, a $40K sign-on, comprehensive benefits, CME allowance, and PSLF-eligible employment. Chicago and other Midwest cities are within easy reach for weekend trips and professional collaboration.
