Join us as a Medical Lab Technician at Southern New Hampshire Health in this Night - Per Diem role.

About Us

Southern New Hampshire Medical Center’s Laboratory is a fully accredited hospital lab equipped with state-of-the-art technology to provide accurate diagnoses and effective treatments.

Job Overview

Perform laboratory testing across various departments including Blood Bank, Chemistry, Coagulation, Hematology, Microbiology, Serology, and Urinalysis.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative tests using analyzers and manual methods on specimens like blood and urine.
  • Report clinical results accurately and within designated timeframes.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation.
  • Identify and correct issues with test systems outside of parameters.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree in MLS/Medical Technology or related science; military training as a medical laboratory specialist also acceptable.
  • ASCP registry or equivalent preferred; exam eligibility required.
  • At least 1 year laboratory experience preferred; internship in approved CLSI training program required.
