Southern NH Health System - CT Technologist - CT Scan - Part Time

Join to apply for the Southern NH Health System - CT Technologist - CT Scan - Part Time role at Southern New Hampshire Health.

About the Role

Performs all aspects of a CT exam as ordered by a physician and produces accurate and complete records upon its conclusion. Provides compassion and comfort to all patients throughout their exam.

Responsibilities
  1. Review patient medical information and reconcile physician requests with exams ordered.
  2. Complete essential documentation such as consents and questionnaires prior to beginning patient’s exam.
  3. Perform CT exams including trauma, orthopedic, fluoroscopic, contrast exams, and invasive procedures.
  4. Prepare and administer IV, oral, and rectal contrast as indicated by protocol.
Qualifications
  • Completion of two years of Radiology Technology training in an AMA-approved school to meet the requirements for ARRT registration in Radiology or equivalent training.
  • ARRT(CT) Certification preferred; ARRT(R) certification required.
  • State of NH Board of Medical Imaging Licensure required.
  • One to two years of general CT experience.
