Staffed by mental health clinicians, ACCESS provides crisis evaluations, 24/7. After evaluation, referrals are made to appropriate services, including outpatient, partial, or inpatient hospitalization. We recognize the link between physical, mental, and emotional well-being and support our community through inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services, from emergency care to intensive outpatient programs.

About The Job
As a member of the Patient Care Services team, the ACCESS Team Clinician conducts crisis intervention assessments for inpatients and outpatients using appropriate techniques to stabilize patients and families.

What You’ll Do

  • Psychosocial/Mental Status Assessments
  • Initiation of Emergency Admissions (Involuntary/Voluntary)
  • Suicide Risk Assessment
  • Psychiatric Triage
  • 1:1 Crisis Interventions

Who You Are

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Mental Health field
  • License eligible as LICSW or LCMH in New Hampshire (must obtain within 5 years of hire)
  • Previous experience in social work or mental health preferred
