Milk & Honey is seeking a talented Bartender to craft extraordinary cocktails and deliver an immersive Southern brunch experience. You will showcase artistry behind the bar while engaging guests with stories and warmth, elevating our evolving bar program.

We value creativity, high-volume service, and a strong knowledge of spirits. This role requires flexibility, basic math for orders, and a commitment to hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in bartending or mixology.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure during busy periods.
• Basic math skills for transactions and measurements.
• Must be of legal age to prepare and serve alcohol.
• Flexibility to work weekends and some holidays.
• Certified in (or able to be certified in) responsible alcohol service.
• Clear verbal and written communication in the work location language.

Responsibilities

• Craft extraordinary and visually stunning cocktails, showcasing artistic flair and mastery of mixology.
• Create an immersive experience for guests with engaging personality and exceptional service.
• Engage guests with anecdotes, stories, and genuine connections to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Demonstrate expertise as a beverage ambassador with knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails.
• Present cocktails with meticulous attention to detail and visual appeal.
• Stay ahead of trends, expanding repertoire of signature cocktails and techniques.
