Replacement Parts, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to direct the activities of 3 District Managers across MS, AL, GA and Panhandle, FL. The role focuses on achieving regional sales and profit goals and coordinating sales distribution through defined territories and quotas.

Ideal candidates will bring extensive auto parts experience, multi-site management, and proven leadership to drive profitability and growth in the Southeast markets.

Qualifications

• Eight years of auto parts experience.
• Eight years of management experience.
• Multi-site management experience required.
• BA/BS or higher preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities of 3 local area District Managers across MS, AL, GA and Panhandle, FL to meet regional goals.
• Oversee profitability and market expansion within the region.
• Travel between store locations to supervise operations and train staff.
• Hire, train, and evaluate personnel in stores and promote or dismiss staff as needed.
• Represent the company at meetings and ensure sales and profit objectives are met.
