With over 5 years of HVAC experience, the ideal candidate will support factory startups and troubleshoot technical issues while partnering with product engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC and/or refrigeration experience.
• Background in engineering, technical product support, or product management.
• Experience with indirect sales channels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training across GA, AL, SC, and FL.
• Support factory startups and resolve technical issues.
• Collect usability feedback for product development.
