Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Project Manager in Plantation, Florida to manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through closing. This role requires strong project management skills, financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will lead significant projects, maintain budgets, and handle risk assessment, all while ensuring high levels of stakeholder engagement. The position includes approximately 50% travel within the Southeast region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex deployment programs or software applications.
• PgMP, PMP or CAPM certification is preferred.
• Experience with Public Safety communications systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage project integration, planning, and execution.
• Maintain project budgets including labor and capital expenses.
• Perform ongoing risk assessments and manage quality assurance processes.
