Job summary

Mavagi Enterprises Inc. in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Southeast Area Manager to oversee operations at contract sites in Georgia, Florida, and Moody AFB joining in 2027.

This is a people-first leadership role reporting to the Director of Operations with travel to Texas as needed. You will manage daily operations, supervise site staff, ensure compliance and service quality, and foster a compassionate, disability-friendly culture across locations.

Qualifications

This is a people-first leadership role. We are hiring a Southeast Area Manager to oversee daily operations at our Robins Air Force Base and Tallahassee Courthouse contract sites in Georgia and Florida, with Moody Air Force Base joining the portfolio in April 2027. This position reports to the Director of Operations and also travels to Texas as needed for meetings and conferences.

What You\'ll Do

• Manage daily site operations, staffing, and service quality across assigned Georgia and Florida contract locations
• Lead and support site-level supervisors and frontline staff, many of whom are individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans
• Ensure contract compliance and consistent, high-quality service delivery
• Travel regularly between sites, with periodic travel to Texas for company meetings and conferences
