HOURLY RATE: $18.07 - FULL TIME WITH BENEFITS

Help us serve and impact our community through our "Do The Most Good" mission at the Santa Rosa Thrift Store, supporting the Adult Rehabilitation Program. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

1. Sort products efficiently according to TSA policies.
2. Inspect products for defects and damages to ensure quality.
3. Identify products correctly and direct them to the appropriate department.
4. Collect merchandise from the distribution center and transport materials safely.
5. Follow safety measures established by TSA policy and regulations.
6. Maintain confidentiality as required for the operation of the program.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager or their designee.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven competency in relevant skills through training or experience.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions both written and verbal.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist regularly.
• Ability to grasp, push, and pull objects.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Perform repetitive motion tasks.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent (required)
• Experience working in a warehouse environment preferred (required)
