Job summary

Akumin is seeking a Regional Director of Physician Sales to lead its South Florida sales team and drive regional growth across the territory. The role centers on strategic planning, coaching, and collaboration with VP Physician Sales to execute initiatives and achieve same-store growth targets.

The ideal candidate has extensive healthcare sales leadership experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and marketing leadership in healthcare or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Account Executive team to meet sales targets and territory growth.
• Analyze performance against KPIs and drive improvements.
• Coach and mentor team; hire and develop talent across South Florida.
• Collaborate with Operations to support regional initiatives and training.
• Develop territory plans and implement strategies to increase same-store growth.
