Israeli-American Council (IAC) in South Florida seeks a Regional Director to lead the Israeli-American communities in the Greater South Florida area. The role reports to the Chief Communities Officer and focuses on strategy, fundraising, and program implementation.

Responsibilities include overseeing the regional office, managing budgets, staff, and donor relations to advance the IAC mission and partnerships with local organizations.

Formación

• At least 5 years of related job experience.
• Experience in leadership and management of an organization.
• Conceptual thinker with ability to create and execute a vision.
• Strong communication and writing skills in English and Hebrew.

Responsabilidades

• Set regional strategy and lead fundraising efforts.
• Oversee South Florida office operations, events, and budgets.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff in the region.
• Build strategic relationships with donors and partners.
• Collaborate with national HQ to implement goals.
