Honeywell Buildings Solutions (HBS) is seeking a South Central Regional Director of Sales to drive revenue growth and market expansion across assigned territories, with remote work and travel up to 50%. You will lead regional sales teams, set strategy, coach, and build strong customer relationships, reporting to the Sales Leader - Americas.
This leadership role requires 10+ years in commercial building sales leadership, expertise in CRM and analytics, and a Bachelor's degree.

Our sales approach begins by working with the end customer to identify and prioritize their desired outcomes. We help them select and define use cases that will achieve those outcomes. From there we design the integrated solution that will deliver those use cases.
As a South Central Regional Director of Sales here at Honeywell HBS, you will lead our sales strategy and execution, driving significant revenue growth and market expansion. Your leadership will be critical in developing high-performing sales teams and fostering strong customer relationships. You will lead a team of sales professionals to include Regional Sales Leaders who have their own team of Account Managers.
You will report directly to our Sales Leader - Americas and work on a remote work schedule in one of the assigned territory’s location(s). This role’s specified locations are Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Indianapolis, Virginia OR Illinois.
In this role, you will impact Honeywell's overall sales performance by implementing innovative sales strategies, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your contributions will be vital to the success and growth of our business unit.
PAY EQUITY
The annual base salary range for this position in California, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, and Washington State (excluding most major metropolitan areas); and anywhere in Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, and Vermont is $195,000 - $244,000. For Washington DC, and most major metropolitan areas in California, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, and Washington State, the annual base salary range is $195,000 - $244,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
