Team Overview and Job Responsibilities
This position of South Central Regional Sales Manager Industrial Specialties, reports to Industrial Specialty VP of Sales, based in the territory, which consists of Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas.
You will be accountable for sales, customer forecast, contract management, inventory management and selling of Specialty cable technology and delivering results tied to contribution margin goals. These products include, but are not limited to, Aerospace, Nuclear, Fire Protection, Railway, Rolling Stock, Moveable Bridge, Industrial Lighting, Crane, Mining, Oil & Gas, Solar, Wireless, Wind, You will manage approximately $75 million in sales, requiring extensive face to face contact with existing Customers, Channel Partners, Agents and Prospects within the geographic region.
You will report to the Vice President of Industrial Specialty Sales, responsible for sales of Specialty Electrical Wire and Cable products in a defined Southeast region and targeted customers such as Electrical contractors, consulting engineers and municipalities.
