Behavior Management Solutions LLC in Saratoga, California, seeks a dedicated South Bay Behavior Technician/RBT/Classroom Aide to support students in general and special education classrooms. You will aid one student or classroom, helping learners succeed socially, behaviorally, and academically.

Qualifications

Behavior Management Solutions is a BCBA-owned and run ABA provider that provides high-quality behavior analytic services for schools, families, and students of all needs and abilities. We specialize in:

• Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Full-time instructional RBTs and behavior aides
• School consultation services
• Adult Transition services

Locations: School sites throughout the South Bay Area, California

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5–7.5 hours/day

Pay: $28–$32/hour (DOE)
