Golden Nugget Atlantic City has an excellent career opportunity for individuals that exhibit exceptional guest service and hospitality!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
  2. Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees.
  3. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
  4. Assist the Chef with food preparation in the assigned outlet.
  5. Supervise line staff and oversee the preparation of all foods.
  6. Instruct kitchen personnel on food preparation techniques.
  7. Coordinate with line employees to ensure all orders placed by Food Servers are prepared correctly, garnished properly, and served timely according to established standards.
  8. Assist with implementing culinary labor and cost controls.
  9. Participate in hiring or termination decisions in conjunction with disciplinary actions.
  10. Perform duties as assigned, always presenting oneself as a credit to the Golden Nugget and encouraging others to do the same.
  11. Perform any other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Three (3) years of experience in food preparation required.
  • Previous experience as a chef required.
  • Good organizational skills necessary.
