Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a Sous Chef to join Table Mountain Inn and its team of hospitality enthusiasts.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and adjacent areas.
  • Plan creative menus to meet guest needs.
  • Check the quality of food deliveries.
  • Order all food and cleaning supplies, maintaining proper supply levels.
  • Manage costs within budget levels.
  • Oversee labor costs, schedules, and productivity.
  • Hire, coach, and discipline direct reports.
  • Interact positively and professionally with guests to resolve issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role.
  • High School Diploma/GED; post-high school education preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to multi-task.
