Sous Chef - Clubhouse
Location: Riverlanding Wallace NC
Job Description: We are looking for a talented Sous Chef for our commercial restaurant. This is a high volume position, which also includes banquet functions on and off premise. This position reports to our Executive Chef.
Skills Required: Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or hotel kitchens. Supervisory experience is preferred as this position will supervise 4-6 staff members.
Status: Professional - Full Time
Salary: Salary dependent upon experience and education. Base salary plus incentives.
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and life insurance, 401K retirement plan. We operate year-round and pay bi-weekly.
