Description

The Sous Chef is the second in command and direct assistant of the Prepared Foods Team Leader. They will be in charge when the Team Leader is off-duty and will be responsible for the exceptional execution of Guest Service by the entire Prepared Foods Department and to ensure all Prep Foods Team Members receive proper training and supervision.
